The development team has revealed the addition of a new combat character called Terry Bogard will be the fourth character to come to Super Smash Bros Ultimate has already been confirmed that Nintendo will continue to add more characters to the game. Now with new leaks, we may have an idea of who these fighters are about to reach the game.
Recently, new footage of Super Smash Bros appears to have leaked to the internet, including some Mii Ultimate Fighter characters wearing costumes from those games that are not currently included in the game.
The leaked video by Papa Genos shows one of the Mii Fighter fighters dressed as Doom Cacodemon while the other is dressed as The Mallow of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.
However, the Smash game community has been known for leaks over the years, many of which have turned out to be incorrect. This latest leak may be as fake as most of the past leaks, so it's best not to put hopes in it now, but some informed sources have suggested that it would be very difficult for someone to fake Mii Fighter's fashion with such precision.
Although the footage we see is assumed to be true, it also comes with the caveat that Geno and Doom may not reach the game as fighters to enjoy. There were previous games in Super Smash Bros whose characters had no combat roles in Smash. The most notable example of this recently would be Undertale.
As with all Smash Bros leaks, it's wise to hope for the best and expect the worst. Even if it turns out that all this was fake later, it seems that Terry Bogard should soon get to the game, which gives us a lot to look forward to.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
