The announcement of the computer version of Red Dead Redemption 2 was a feast for the PC community and I was so excited to try it even though I finished it on PlayStation 4. Unfortunately when it was released and it became available to everyone we knew that the computer version of it was very technical and very frustrating. Shortly before writing the news, developer Rockstar apologized to the PC community.
Through the company's social media accounts, a press release has been launched on the PC version of Red Dead Redemptıon 2 that says:
We worked as quickly as possible last week to solve the problems that existed in the PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2. We have already identified some of these problems and solved a number of them by developing fixes for Rockstar Game Launcher as well as fixes for the game itself.Surely this is a beautiful step from the company to recognize the problems of its product. In the statement, Rockstar asked players who are still having some problems from going to the support page to talk to the team. Maybe they can solve the problem - you can go to the support site by clicking here.
We know that a small number of Red Dead Redemption 2 players on PC still face some problems in the game. We believe that the problem is related to NVIDIA graphics cards and some card definitions with specific processors. We will be launching an update today to address tire problems along with other fixes. We're still working with Nvidia directly to fix these errors in an upcoming update, which may take us several days to try everything and make sure the update works and fixes the issues.
At the end of the statement, the company wanted to show us that it is truly sorry by compensating red Dead Redemption 2 players on the PC, in the statement Rockstar said:
To show our gratitude to our fans on the PC while solving the issue in the coming days, everyone who plays Red Dead Redemption 2 on the computer this week to the holiday season will get a Care Package for Red Dead Online containing Prieto Poncho and many other things to be announced soon. What do you think of the PC version of the wonderful open-world game?
