Leaks indicate that a new Mass Effect game is in the early stages of development at BioWare Edmonton. According to reports, Mike Gamble directs the game.
Mike Gamble has worked at BioWare for ten years, where he worked as a development manager for Mass Effect 2 and producer roles in Mass Effect 3 and participated in the 2017 Mass Effect Andromeda game. Recently we got some sources that discovered EA's registration of new titles expected to be part The new version of Mass Effect, including this and what is likely a lot of specialists.
As recently, Gamble has worked as a major producer of the Anthem game, which still needs major repair since its launch earlier this year.
Shortly before he left his job in October, Chad Robertson, head of live services at BioWare Studio, revealed that the studio had given up providing additional Anthem content for additional "seasonal updates" as it continued to work on fixes to the "core issues" in the game.
Speaking of the second part of the game Anthem, some leaks indicate the existence of plans for this game and what it will offer, but according to a statement on the site Kotaku, there is still no clear timetable for the release of Anthem 2.0 or Anthem Next, as pointed out by some of the staff.
So this shows that BioWare has not yet abandoned its game Anthem after the huge storm of negative evaluations and widespread disapproval by the players, and is currently interested in fixing the underlying problems and after that will begin to roll out the additional content of the game.
Another project under development from BioWare is Dragon Age 4 but is not expected to be released before April 2022.
What do you think about the development of BioWare Studio for a new part of the Mass Effect series? Do you see that there will be benefits from the company's great adherence to its game Anthem after the resounding fall?
